EdUcAntwerp is a network organisation based in Antwerp, Belgium, connecting young people, professionals, and partners across Europe. We create local and international opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate. Through non-formal education, social sports, creative projects, and strong partnerships, we empower individuals and communities to become active changemakers both locally and internationally.
At EdUcAntwerp, we believe that 'If we don’t fit the system, we build new ones'. Together with our youth, volunteers, professionals, and partner organisations, we continuously create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and capable of shaping their own future.

Who we are?
EdUcAntwerp is a youth work and networking organisation founded in 2014, with a strong focus on socially vulnerable young people in urban settings. We connect young people, social workers, youth workers, socio-sportive coaches and partners through projects that promote inclusion, personal growth and equal opportunities.
What makes us unique is our ability to combine sports, non-formal education and international collaboration. Through trainings, exchanges, and local and European initiatives, we empower young people and support organisations in strengthening their work. We believe that everyone regardless of their background – has the right to grow, learn, and play a meaningful role in society.
EdUcAntwerp is more than just an organisation – it is a socially engaged movement that builds bridges between communities, encourages active citizenship, and creates safe, accessible spaces for development. Guided by strong values and partnerships, and inspired by the strength of youth, we work towards an inclusive future where every voice is heard and every person has the chance to contribute.
What we do?
EdUcAntwerp designs pathways that challenge and strengthen young people and youth professionals in developing competences, resilience, social engagement and leadership. Through trainings, youth exchanges, workshops and social-sportive practices, we bring together diverse communities and foster connection across borders.
We combine practical experience with a variety of competence models, always adapted to the context and needs of the target group. This makes learning visible, meaningful and directly applicable. Our approach is participatory and grounded in the lived experiences of young people, encouraging them to take initiative within their communities or professional fields.
By exchanging expertise across countries and sectors, we co-create innovative methods that respond to real-life challenges. These methods are flexible, transferable and relevant at both local and international levels, making our work adaptable to diverse realities.
