Target groups
We work with three main target groups, each with specific needs, roles, and contributions to our mission. Our approach is built on inclusivity, recognising the rich diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations within these groups. We aim to empower individuals and organizations by offering tailored learning pathways, practical opportunities for engagement, and supportive environments where meaningful connections can flourish.
Our collaborations span multiple sectors and countries, creating a vibrant ecosystem where young people, professionals, and partner organizations co-create innovative solutions, share expertise, and contribute actively to social transformation. Our programmes are designed to ensure accessibility, growth opportunities, and meaningful engagement for all.
YOUTH (AGES 16 TO 30)
Our primary audience includes young people aged 16 to 30, coming from highly diverse backgrounds. Many face complex intersections of social, educational, economic, and cultural barriers. These young people may live in low-income households, struggle with limited educational qualifications, or face systemic discrimination related to their migration history, ethnicity, religion, or legal status. Some are refugees or newly arrived migrants trying to integrate; others are second or third generation youth facing identity struggles and limited access to opportunities.
Many lack strong support networks, mentors, or role models to guide them forward. In addition, we engage youth in NEET situations (Not in Education, Employment or Training), who often feel disconnected and disempowered.
Alongside these vulnerable groups, we also work with motivated students, athletes, artists, young entrepreneurs, and activists eager to invest in their personal growth, build new competences, and make social change happen.
Our programmes create inclusive, diverse, and inspiring environments where youth can meet peers from different contexts, share experiences, and build the confidence, skills, and networks to shape their own futures and contribute to their communities.

We offer them:
-
Youth exchanges across Europe to experience intercultural learning
-
Empowerment and leadership programmes
-
Safe spaces for self-expression and community engagement
-
Coaching and mentoring by peers and professionals
-
Opportunities to initiate their own projects (e.g. ESC Solidarity)
- Competence development
We aim to strengthen their confidence, competences, sense of belonging, and capacity to shape their own future.
